Scholarships
SCHOLARSHIPS
Extreme Dance Scholarships are awarded in every city, in both Junior and Senior ballrooms. Scholarship winners are chosen in a professional audition format. There are two convention scholarships and one cash scholarship awarded in each division. There is also a recognition scholarship which includes a free convention and a plaque awarded to one recipient per city.
This segment of the convention experience is designed to educate dancers about the auditioning process and is conducted in a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
